Privacy & cookies

A C Doors ("we") is the data controller for personal information collected through this website. You can contact us about your data at info@acdoors.co.uk or on 01656 000 000.

What we collect

When you request a quote we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, and optionally your email, postcode, door sizes and a description of the job.

Why we use it

Only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a survey and quote for the work. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We do not sell your details or use them for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted after 12 months. If we carry out work for you, records are kept for as long as we need them for warranty, servicing and our legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This site sets one essential cookie (PHPSESSID) so the quote form can protect itself against spam. It expires when you close your browser. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.

Some photographs are served from Pexels, which means your browser connects to that service when you view the site. Fonts are hosted on our own server.
